Mortgages And Which One Is Best For You

You are ready to take the plunge and be a homeowner. Congrats! Now before you start searching for homes and what type of yard you want, the first step needed is to know how much of a home you can afford.  What type of loans is best suited for you and how to get in contact with the right professionals?

I've attached a simple info-graphic of the types of loans there are in the USA.  A good loan officer will take your information and see how much you can qualify for a home loan.  They will tell you all the options for a loan (type) you may get and any programs that you may qualify for (down payment assistance programs). Once you get a pre-approval letter from the lender, now is the time to contact a Realtor and start your search!

A local lender will offer you better customer service than one out of state where you are just a case number. Contact me at (916) 350-0602 or email me at nancy.t.jenson@gmail.com for more information in regards to Real Estate or get recommendations for local loan officers.  I am here to help and serve the community.
